Table missing the top border after page break in Word due to design.
Cause:
Word was designed so that when an automatic page break separates two rows the table will place the border at the bottom of the row.
Solution:
Use a different border.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'.
2) Select the 'Borders' check box.
3) Select the bottom page and top page table cells.
4) Click 'Inside Border' on the 'Borders' toolbar.
